| Working with Bernadette of Black Dragon Technologies far exceeded our expectations. We had her analyze our financial and put together a plan of action for our lender. She was thorough, quick and made us feel comfortable sharing our numbers with her. We were hesitant because our situation wasn't dire yet. Meaning we haven't missed a payment but did lose 75 percent of our income. We didn't want to pay someone just to get told no. My belief is that it never hurts to try...and when you do, ask the people who have had experience to help. Bernadette herself went through the system utilizing her very own designed tools and worksheets. The cost was right for her to see what could happen for us. We did not want forgiveness on our responsibilities, we wanted forbearance. Due to the economy our income has been decreased significantly while our credit lines were cut and interest increased. Being self employed this is a huge problem. I believe the forecast and terms we presented to our lender made them help us and helped solve our problem. Without having to miss a payment and devalue our credit - something we have worked very hard to protect. I would recommend working with Black Dragon Technologies over other companies because they really do care about your situation. I would recommend Black Dragon Technologies to anyone who has had their income cut, their credit card terms altered and their house loan upside down to the value. There is a lot of follow-up you will need to do after submitting paperwork. Take notes and be detailed when discussing anything with your lender.
